1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in any tour, including but not limited to horseback riding, desert excursions, and cultural exchanges, carries inherent risks. By joining a tour, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to your person or property. GoCN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any incidents arising from your participation.
2. Health & Fitness Requirements
You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for the selected itinerary. It is your responsibility to consult a physician before departure if necessary. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in activities. GoCN reserves the right to refuse participation if a condition poses a risk to yourself or others.
3. Third-Party Services & Liability
GoCN collaborates with independent service providers, including accommodations, transportation companies, and local tour guides, to deliver high-quality travel experiences. While we carefully select and vet these providers, they operate independently, and GoCN is not responsible for their actions, omissions, or service failures.
However, in the event of any issues with third-party services, GoCN will actively assist in communication and coordination to help resolve the matter to the best of our ability. We encourage travelers to report concerns immediately so we can facilitate appropriate support.
4. Environmental & Cultural Activities
Participation in activities such as tree-planting, school visits, or interactions with nomadic communities is voluntary. Travelers are expected to adhere to local guidelines, respect cultural traditions, and minimize environmental impact. Any violations of local laws or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
5. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
All travelers are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in denial of participation. GoCN is not responsible for any financial losses incurred due to lack of coverage.
6. Force Majeure & Itinerary Changes
gocntrip is not responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
If a tour or activity cannot proceed due to force majeure, GoCN will actively assist travelers in processing refunds or rescheduling where possible. Refund policies may vary based on agreements with third-party service providers, and we will do our best to negotiate fair solutions on your behalf.
7. Booking, Payments & Cancellations
Deposits & Payments: A deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment must be completed by the deadline specified during booking.
Cancellation by Traveler: Refunds (if any) depend on the timing of cancellation and are subject to GoCN's cancellation policy. Administrative fees may apply.
Cancellation by GoCN: If GoCN cancels a tour for reasons other than force majeure, a full refund or alternative option will be offered.
8. Code of Conduct
Travelers must behave respectfully towards guides, fellow participants, and local communities. Any disruptive behavior, including intoxication, harassment, or violation of local laws, may result in removal from the tour without refund.
9. Jurisdiction & Legal Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of China. In the event of a dispute, parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration in Beijing before proceeding with litigation.
